Cooking together, can be great fun, even if you don’t consider yourself a cordon bleu, but why not give yourselves a treat and have a private chef that does all the hard work for you, like the shopping, the cooking and the cleaning in the kitchen at the end of it. Your only worry is……to enjoy your evening.
Another suggestion is to have a prepared meal ready on the day you arrive, which can be warmed up in the oven or microwave. In this case, you don’t have to worry about shopping right after a long drive and just relax upon arrival at Loups d’Or.
We are very happy we met Amandine + Charly, the owners of restaurant and traiteur ’La Confrérie du Bourg’, who both had their training in Switzerland.
They only work with fresh organic products and primarily with local products. They adapt to different diets (vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, etc.). They are very passionate chefs and just love experimenting and trying new things which you can definitely notice and taste.
If you decide to visit their restaurant, it is a 10min drive and their choice of wines is excellent.
We regret that due to allergy considerations of future guests, pets (like dogs and cats) are not permitted. Also, our garden is not fenced.
Listening to piano music improves social connections, often has a calming impact that can help to relieve and reduces negative emotions, while increasing the positive ones, and piano music improves the mood. In the lounge of Grand Loup, we have a piano for you to play on and if you need sheet music, we have got some for you.
