    An initial payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 3 months before your arrival. We will email you the instructions at the right time.
    If you are booking within 3 months before your arrival then the full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Not included in the rate:

    • Tourist Tax is €0,85 per person per night, children under 18 are exempt from the tax. Payable in cash before leaving.
    • Air Conditioning. The first €10 are included in a weekly rent and if you use more than this, it'll be calculated separately. To give you an idea: the running cost of the aircon is €0,44 per hour (€0,22 per KWh) and if you keep it running for 24hrs, the running cost is €10,56

    Security deposit

    We ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your stay, unless there is any major damage to the property.

    Cancellation

    If you need to cancel we will do our utmost to re-let the property, and if successful we will refund your payment in full, less any expense or loss incurred by us. Travel insurance can give you extra protection if your holiday doesn't go as planned. So we advise you make sure you have cover, if you are planning your trip.
